Help for Today: Anticipation
Text: John 14

You are standing on the edge of the ocean…What will it feel like? You smell that steak cooking on the grill…What will it taste like? You drive your car to that first day on a new job…What will it be like? Anticipation! What is in front of me? Anticipation is a step into the unknown with somewhat of a perception of how you think it should be. You want it to be better than you imagine. You hope you will not be disappointed. Let us do what we can to positively anticipate how things can be when we do our part, and trust God that He will bless our efforts. In thinking of anticipation, this passage comes to mind. “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” Anticipation…Today!

All the best and I hope this gives you “Help for Today”.
